Key information for schools:

• I am registered with the Health Care Professions Council, a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Educational Psychologists, I have a full up-to-date continuing professional development log and have DBS checks and am fully insured.


• I offer support to schools using the Plan-Do-Review process:
  
  
  • Together we explore any concerns and focus on outcomes (Plan).
  
  
  • Together we create an action plan (Do).
  
  
  • The action plan can be used to monitor progress (Review).


• I work with children and young people directly in your school and will give feedback to key members of school staff.


• I work with children from pre-school to sixth form.


• My reports can be used as evidence to support you in making an application for a Statutory Assessment for an Education Health and Care Plan.

• I offer support to schools on an hourly rate basis (£60 per hour, in 15 min increments – no charge for travel time).
