"Jeremy has worked with us on nurture approaches. Nurture in schools is an effective way to support children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties that have huge barriers to their learning and find being in a mainstream school setting difficult. It promotes inclusion and supports development. Nurture allows a child 'to be' in an environment that is friendly and enjoyable, away from the stress of the class setting. It can either be an individual approach or in small groups. It has made such a positive difference within the school as a whole and especially for those children that I have worked with."
"Jeremy has worked with our school for a number of years. We have always found him to be professional, reliable and helpful, both to us as a school and to parents and children who have been supported and helped by him. He puts children at ease and helps parents to explore how best to understand and support their children."
"I found the meeting really helpful. It was not too formal and I felt I could ask questions or express my views. It was really good to focus on what was going well as well as the difficulties."
"I found the whole process both informative and manageable as a class teacher. The assessment process was handled with care and consideration to all involved whilst the feedback meeting was clear and helpful without providing onerous tasks; Jeremy has a clear view of what is achievable in a school setting as well as providing detailed yet understandable information."
"I am so pleased with how your support has helped to change things for my son. He has really settled in and is so much happier at school. I couldn’t have imagined things would be so much better now – he actually looks forward to coming to school!"
"Thank you for your continued support and guidance. We are seeing such positive effects for our children and families through using nurture approaches. Both the parents and children are really enjoying the opportunity to come in and have 1:1 time together."
"Thank you so much for your support with both the twins. I was really worried about them both but the nurture sessions have helped them to be much more settled. We still carry them on now, even though they don’t need them so much and if anything does crop up we know we can chat to the school and sort it out together. You have helped me understand a lot about their needs and it has had a massive impact – I can’t thank you enough!
"The plan do and review cycle really works! It is good to know we have regular support from you to help problem solve and get the provision right for each individual child. It has helped us to be more experimental in what we try and this has led to much greater success in providing the right support for each child to be successful and thrive at school."

I work with children and young people from pre-school to sixth form. I work with children and young people directly in schools using the Plan-Do-Review process (working in partnership with settings and parents to identify outcomes and an action plan to meet the outcomes).
I support settings to meet the needs of children and young people with a range of special educational needs, some of these needs include; anxiety or anger related difficulties, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, attachment difficulties, specific learning difficulties, moderate learning difficulties and profound and multiple learning difficulties.
